Subject: Interaction between Living Death and Clone

Hello everybody，

during a game of casual Magic weird things may happen.
So did they last weekend when I was playing some casual games with a
couple of friends.
At one point I played a Living Death. When it resolved one of my friends
noticed he had a Clone in his graveyard. Of course he would’ve loved to
copy my Kukosho， the Evening Star when he put the Clone into play， but in
my opinion the Clone should’ve been put into the graveyard as a state
based effect. Mainly because there was no creature to copy when the Clone
was put into play from the removed from game zone. Of course my friend
disagreed saying that all the creatures will be put into play at the same
time and because of APNAP he would be allowed to choose the order last and
therefore choose one of my creatures or one of his earlier creatures as a
copiable source for the Clone.

Could you clear this interaction up for me?

in play. If you do， Clone comes into play as a copy of that creature.
